Both heart rate and pulse rate are considered the same thing but in reality, they are two different terms. However, the pulse rate is related to the heart rate. Heart rate means hot beats per minute.  The blood pressure of a human is a force of blood flowing by the blood vessels. While heart rate is the number of times the heart beats per min.
