It is a great option while will take longer to load, especially when it will need to restart all previous operations. If you have time to wait, hibernation is the right choice.
How to Activate Hybrid Sleep
Hybrid sleep is automatically activated on desktop PCs and laptops. As discussed earlier, the laptops disable hybrid sleep by default.
